Patient wanted to improve his smile and replace a failing tooth.
Lower right first molar extracted and placed an implant. 9 month Invisalign, followed by tooth whitening and a little composite bonding with our dental therapist Danielle Davis.

To support this patient we improved appearance and also function so he can now bite and chew using his front teeth. Treatment included Invisalign over 18 months.
Misaligned bite with worn and broken old bridge work and teeth
Invisalign treatment over 12 months, teeth whitening and new crowns and bridges for upper 3 teeth
Patient very self conscious or smile, wouldn’t smile in pictures but dental phobic so had never been able to have treatment.
Patient trust in us. Over 12 months we aligned the teeth with Invisalign and replace the front old crowns with 3 new crowns and 1 veneer. Patient thrilled with the natural result- now smiles on pictures with confidence and the whole process has helped her get over dental phobia.

Treatment concluded of Invisalign treatment over 18 months, teeth whitening, dental implants using a bridge and composite bonding.
Unhappy with smile
18 months treatment included Invisalign to correct bite, teeth whitening, dental implants to replace missing teeth and full upper veneers and crowns.
Open bite and wanted to improve smile
8 months Invisalign treatment, teeth whitening and 5 upper veneers improving smile confidence and function and now able to bite with front teeth.
Unhappy and self-conscious with smile, didn’t want braces
Tooth whitening and 4 upper porcelain veneers to disguise the rotated laterals, uneven centrals and UR1 dark mark. Patient very happy and can smile with confidence now.
Patient wanted to improve her smile, but very importantly keeping in natural and matching her lower teeth.
Front 8 teeth treated with crowns and a bridge giving the patient a very natural smile upgrade.
Patient's front 4 teeth failing and need extraction
Wanted to avoid a denture and implants not an option. Diagnostic design of new teeth. We extracted the front 4 teeth and placed a temp bridge in the new shapes for 4 months healing. Finally placed a permeant 6-unit bridge from canine to canine. The patient was delighted with the natural outcome.
Patient had old failing bridge and crown work with a post crown that kept coming out. Compounded by very limited access and a challenging bite.
Diagnostic wax up to design new teeth shapes/smile and. We extracted failing teeth and placed a temp bridge in the new shapes for 4 months healing. Adjusted the tempories and copy for a final design of crowns and bridges. Patient was absolutely delighted with the natural result that really suits her face and cant stop smiling.
Patient had very worn teeth
Full mouth rehabilitation involving root canals, 3 implants, a bite change and 24 crowns.
Dark, discoloured and failing upper right central
Tooth whitening, UR1 extraction and immediate implant placement with immediate temporary crown. 3 months healing and then final crown. Patient delighted with the result, natural colour, harmony and confidence restored.
Patient not happy with uneven and asymmetric smile
Veneers with a little gum surgery to upper right central to allow the central teeth lengths to me made the same.
