Our Dental Nurses are an essential part of the team. Not only will they support the Dentists/Dental Therapists when working within the surgeries; they are there to provide comfort to you-our patients. Please feel free to ask them any questions you may have.
Our Treatment Coordinators are here to support you through your treatment plan journey; by listening to your preferences and any concerns you may have. They will discuss your treatment plan options tailored to your individual needs; this way you are able to take on board all possible treatment plans specifically for you, they will help answer any queries and also discuss your finance options. Your Treatment Coordinator is there to support you and be your point of contact throughout your visits.
I gained my NEBDN Dental Nursing qualification in 2011 whilst working in the Royal Air Force. I found this as a great opportunity to travel, however I decided to settle back on the Wirral. Since joining McGrath Dental, I have progressed to the role of Treatment Coordinator and I am responsible for coordinating Liam’s implant ordering and in-house practice procedures. This role allows me to engage further with staff and patients, I am really enjoying this role!
Since becoming a dental nurse, I have also qualified in SAAD Conscious Sedation and I am currently studying my Dental Radiography post qualification.
During my spare time, I love travelling as my partner works abroad and we have lots of opportunities to show my daughter Georgia the world. When at home we enjoy baking and spending time as a family. We also love walking adventures with our latest addition- Lola (our Chowpei dog).
